RETURNS

Gioielloro allows you to return or replace the products you have purchased, even without a specific reason, within 14 days of delivery, with ease. Log into your customer area and make a return request. We will send our courier to your house to make the withdrawal.

RETURN PROCEDURE (ITALY ONLY)
  • Access your personal area and go to "Order History"

  • Find the order that you want to return and select "Request return"

  • Fill in the fields and send the request, you will be contacted as quickly as possible by our staff to define the pickup.

  • Carefully close the package with the items inside and make sure you include all the official packaging, boxes and any warranty / certificate that you received

  • Our courier will go directly to your home to pick up the package and he will deliver it to us

  • Once we receive your return we proceed to check the item's integrity and presence of all the complements. After that we will replace or refund your purchase.

IMPORTANT Do not make unauthorized shipments to us as they will be rejected. Always contact our customer service before proceeding with a Return. Additionally, we DO NOT accept returns of personalized items such as engraved, customized or specially created on request (art. 55, paragraph 2, point D of the Italian Consumer Code). The rings created on measurement different from the standard (measure 13 for women, 18 for man) will be considered custom.

All accessories and spare parts are excluded from returns, including but not limited to, straps, bracelets, clips, clasp, etc... In case of return and / or replacement all shipping costs are due to the buyer. The spare parts not included in our web catalog and expressly ordered on request are considered custom items and therefore not subject to return.

RETURN FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

International customers have the right to return their purchase within 14 days from delivery. The return shipment is paid by the customer and all costs of customs clearance (for Customers outside the European Union) will be deducted from the final refund.
