We accept bank transfer as payment, and for all customers who choose to buy using this method we reserve a discount of 2% valid on all products of our catalog. The bank transfer is fast and secure. The shipment of the ordered items (if available in stock) will take place as soon as the payment is verified, an operation that normally takes 24/48 hours. The data in order to make the bank transfer will be sent to you by e-mail, or you can find them for reference on this page.

Unfortunately, due to recent fraud attempts, we do not accept receipt of the bank transfer anymore, therefore the items ordered will always be shipped AFTER the payment has been verified on our account. In case of urgent shipment, please choose another payment method such as credit card. Please kindly bring in the notes / reason of the transfer the order number that we communicated to you via e-mail, in order to speed up the control procedure.

The accepted credit cards are VISA, MasterCard, Diners, American Express*, Postepay and all prepaid cards of Visa Electron and Mastercard circuit. Our service is based on a secure server by Keyclient (SSB spa via Fervelli 14 Milan, Italy). All payments are sent to Banca di Credito Cooperativo di Pisa e Fornacette. This platform make possible to pay your purchases easily and safely and does not require the presence of a particular PC software. We will be informed only with an authorization number and the name of the cardholder. No other sensitive data of the card will be to our knowledge.
 
If you have not already done so register your card to the security system Verified by Visa or MasterCard Securecode, you will be protected and secured for all online purchases.

CASH ON DELIVERY

The classic cash on delivery payment method, to be made to the courier who delivers the product. The courier will accept payment only in cash, for a maximum amount of 2999.99 euro. Cheques are not accepted whatsoever. Paying with cash on delivery is free, there are no additional fees. You CAN NOT buy with cash on delivery custom objects, including but not limited to, personalization through engraving, printing, shaping, inserts etc... and generally any intervention that make the product differ from the description and the photos visible online. The cash on delivery option is available ONLY for EU countries and USA.

I HAVE MADE THE BANK TRANSFER, IF I SEND THE CRO, NOTIFICATION OR RECEIPT CAN YOU SHIP?
Because of recent fraud attempts, we took the decision to ship orders paid by bank transfer only after the payment has been verified on our bank account. The process of verification can take about 1-2 days.

ARE THERE ANY PARTICULAR ADDITIONAL FEES FOR A SPECIFIC METHOD OF PAYMENT?
There is no additional charge for any payment method. Whatever your choice, even in the case of COD, there will be no fees. On our webstore paying with cash on delivery is always free. Be aware that cash on delivery options is not available for every country.
